"Yes to protecting trans rights in the Equality Act and to a kinder less bureaucratic process.  The specifics of what the latter means though need to be spelled out, so my yes is qualified. 

"I have no doubt that the GRA should be reformed but I oppose some of the reforms which might be advanced, including and proposal to bring in self-ID as sufficient grounds for obtaining a GRC."

"Yes, but with the provision that the teaching materials provided under Annex B of the statutory guidance "Relationships Education, Relationships and Sex Education (RSE)and Health Education" are reviewed, and that the current Stonewall "Introduction to supporting LGBT children and young people", and any other materials which fail to affirm the biological reality of sex or which perpetuate gender stereotypes, are excluded from these resources for the school curriculum."
